Many Aikidoka open dojo to spread the art of Aikido. Very few ever
open a dojo to make a living and those that do may soon find out that

majority of dojocho have little to no background in running a business.
Much like a restaurant, it is important to not only have a chef who is
excellent at creating a spectacular meal, but also a manager who is
knowledgeable about the ins and outs on how to make the restaurant
